  Federal law requires you to have working public Restrooms where ever your serving ready to eat food. You serve ready to eat food. Lost n jug tried the same thing this summer and paid a hefty fine and received warning from health department. Try my cheesecakes go to Facebook "Cheesecake by Thomas Pueblo Colorado" and check them out. Thanks Thomas I stand corrected. Federal law does not apply to gas stations. I was under the impression that since they serve ready to eat food that they have to have z restroom. I was wrong. Full service restaurant's including fast food restaurant's must have restrooms.
