  Stopped in yesterday to buy a pair of nikes found what I wanted got home to find the cashier didnt remove the security tag. Stopped in pueblo on my way out of town to have it removed talked to one of the managers and she said I would have to go to the service desk behind everyone that was returning merchandise from christmas I explained I was on my way out of town asked if she could help me considering the was a tool to remove it sitting on her desk and she said she could not help me i even showed her my receipt didn't matter still refused to help. At this point they can have the damn shoes back and I will shop else where.

  Jewelry department doesn’t have their shipment in order. Waited a whole month for my ring to be resized! And they still can’t find where it’s at. Never will I go there for jewelry.
