  My first impression wasn't the greatest but ultimately the people that I met at TSC were great and helpful. I drove many miles just to get a trailer that other TSC stores across the state didn't have. I'm thankful for wonderful people.

  We bought a Mr. Heater Buddy and it did not work properly. When we took it back, we went to customer service and they could not do returns. We had to stand in line at the register. There were two registers open, but one was busy with a customer that had made a return and had not received his credit, so the line was long. It was difficult to find anyone to direct us to the register. Although staff are friendly and helpful there isn't enough people working to provide good customer service.
